Composition
Ofloxacin 50mg + Metronidazole 120mg + Simethicone 10mg
Is a combination of three antibiotics: Ofloxacin , Metronidazole and Simethicone which treat diarrhoea. Ofloxacin kills bacteria by preventing them from reproducing and repairing themselves.
